1. The Service

TikLead provides estimated rankings, league standings and statistics derived from publicly visible TikTok LIVE activity. All figures are estimates and are provided for informational purposes only.

TikLead is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. "TikTok" is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. TikTok may suppress, modify, block, or remove access to the public data this service relies on at any time without notice.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. Multi-accounting, automated access, or circumventing access controls results in permanent termination without refund.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Plans are billed weekly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
  • Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade) apply immediately with prorated billing.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • All payments are final. We do not issue refunds - including for buyer's remorse, accidental purchase, partial billing periods, or dissatisfaction with estimated figures.
  • If TikTok blocks, throttles or changes access to the public data this service relies on, you are not entitled to a refund.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No scraping, crawling, bulk export, or automated harvesting of any data on this site.
  • No reselling, redistributing or republishing the data without written permission.
  • No reverse engineering of the service or its access controls.
  • We may rate limit, suspend or permanently ban any account or IP at our discretion, without warning and without refund, to protect the service.

5. Data Accuracy

Earnings figures are estimates computed from publicly visible gift activity using public diamond-to-USD conversion approximations. Actual creator payouts differ. League cutoffs and zones are statistical estimates derived from current standings, not official TikTok values.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days. We are not liable for decisions made based on estimated data.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
